Tenant Fees
Our tenant fees comply with the Tenant Fees Act 2019 and apply to Assured Shorthold Tenancies (ASTs) in England.
A holding deposit (one week’s rent) is required to reserve a property. Before moving in, tenants will pay a security deposit of up to five weeks’ rent (or six weeks if annual rent exceeds £50,000).
Additional permitted charges may apply in certain circumstances, such as lost keys, late rent payments, tenancy changes, or early termination.
